Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years of proven sales experience in BPO or service industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical abilities to assess client needs and market opportunities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Goal-oriented mindset with track record of meeting/exceeding targets
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in team settings
