Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new sales leads through various channels.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by providing exceptional service.
- Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to meet or exceed monthly quotas.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Accurately track sales activities and performance metrics using our CRM software.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in Sales, Telemarketing, or Customer Service (BPO experience is a significant plus).
- Strong command of English, both verbal and written, with excellent communication and persuasive skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional negotiation, conflict resolution, and active listening skills.
- High level of integrity, professional demeanor, and a 'can-do' attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Koronadal City.
