Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue targets in the Capiz area.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the local agricultural market.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term loyalty.
- Conduct professional product presentations and demonstrations for prospective customers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine our sales approach.
- Provide regular sales reports and feedback to management regarding customer needs and market demands.
- Resolve client concerns and inquiries promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the agricultural or retail sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of the local market in Roxas City and surrounding areas.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic sales reporting software.
- Highly organized with strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently.
- A valid driver's license is highly preferred.
