Tanggung Jawab
- Generate and qualify new sales leads through various channels, including cold calling and digital outreach.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients to foster loyalty.
- Conduct product presentations and demos to effectively showcase Kōrure’s solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs through consistent performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and campaign materials.
- Document client interactions and sales activities accurately in our CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape to provide informed insights.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive tone.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
