Tanggung Jawab
- Prospecting and lead generation to identify potential clients.
- Presenting and promoting company products and services to prospective clients.
- Understanding client needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.
- Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Preparing and submitting regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Kualifikasi
- College graduate, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of sales or business development experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a proven track record.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and CRM software is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Quezon City, Metro Manila.
