We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join Aguila (under Topline), a growing brand in the paints, waterproofing, and resin flooring industry. As we expand our market presence in Metro Manila and beyond, we need a dynamic sales professional who can drive revenue growth and build lasting client relationships.
In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our premium range of paints, waterproofing solutions, and resin flooring products to contractors, builders, architects, and industrial clients. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to the brand's success. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new clients in the construction and industrial sectors within Metro Manila.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our paints, waterproofing, and resin flooring solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional activities and campaigns to boost brand visibility.
- Provide after-sales support, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the paints, construction, or waterproofing industry.
- Knowledge of resin flooring or related products is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a solution-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Willingness to travel within Metro Manila and nearby areas for client visits.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is an advantage but not required.
