Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base in the Davao region.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of SPARKO surface coatings.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic selling and effective territory management.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to the management team.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure seamless customer service and support.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the coatings, construction, or related industries.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-disciplined with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Must be a resident of Davao City or willing to relocate.
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent is preferred but not required.
