Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups
- Present and promote company food products to current and prospective customers
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective sales strategies and customer engagement
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and customer needs
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer relationship databases
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
- Self-motivated with proven track record of meeting targets
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (for client visits)
- Basic computer proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
- Familiarity with Sarawak's food distribution market preferred
