Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom, understanding their needs and vehicle preferences.
- Present and demonstrate vehicle features, specifications, and benefits to prospective buyers.
- Conduct test drives and provide expert advice on financing options, warranties, and insurance.
- Negotiate vehicle prices, trade-in values, and close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest automotive industry trends, new models, and competitor offerings.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Manage and update the customer database and follow up on leads promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Possess a valid driving license.
- Highly motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong customer service mindset with a professional appearance.
- Willing to be stationed in Baling, Kedah.
- Ability to work weekends and public holidays as required by the retail schedule.
