Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily field visits to retail outlets and distributors in the Bandung region to ensure product availability.
- Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue new clients to expand market share.
- Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities, stock levels, and customer feedback in the company system.
- Negotiate prices and terms with clients to maximize sales volume and revenue.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance goals.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the FMCG or retail sector.
- Valid Driver's License (SIM A) and willingness to travel extensively within the region.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities with a target-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
- Fluency in Indonesian (both spoken and written).
