Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand pharmacy network coverage across Kuala Lumpur
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key pharmacy decision-makers
- Present product portfolios and demonstrate value propositions to healthcare professionals
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive insights
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective territory management
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns for key products
- Prepare detailed sales reports and performance metrics for management review
- Provide product feedback to R&D team to enhance market offerings
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in medical supplies or healthcare industry
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian pharmacy landscape and healthcare regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with healthcare professionals
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Valid driver's license with willingness for local travel
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin beneficial)
