Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales growth and achieve monthly/quarterly targets for assigned FMCG products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts and distribution partners
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitor activities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for product promotions and merchandising
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management
- Collaborate with marketing team to align sales initiatives with brand objectives
- Ensure timely collection of payments and manage credit terms with clients
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to expand market reach
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG or retail industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge of FMCG market trends and consumer behavior
