In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence across the Tanjung Malim region. As our Sales Representative, you will act as the bridge between our products and our customers. Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and ensuring our products are available where they are needed most. Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify, acquire, and manage new retail clients and distributors in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure loyalty.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics to ensure product availability.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new product opportunities.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Promote product knowledge and demonstrate features/benefits to potential clients.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM, Diploma, or Degree in any field.
- 1-2 years of experience in FMCG sales, retail, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Valid Malaysian driving license and own transportation.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in using CRM software or Microsoft Office applications.
