Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers to ensure long-term loyalty.
- Actively promote and sell company products to reach monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct professional product presentations to prospective clients to explain features and benefits.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and feedback for management review.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the internal marketing and logistics teams to ensure smooth product delivery and promotion execution.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent degree.
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or a customer-facing role is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse client profiles.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to speak local dialects is a plus.
- Demonstrated resilience and ability to work effectively under pressure.
- High level of integrity, professional appearance, and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Willingness to travel locally within the Bandung area as required.
