Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the retail and consumer products sector.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct professional product presentations and negotiations to close deals effectively.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
- Provide detailed reports on sales activities, pipeline, and market feedback to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely order fulfillment.
Kualifikasi
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, Account Executive, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management (CRM).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- High level of motivation and ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Residing in or willing to work in the Kalideres, Jakarta area.
