Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team revenue targets.
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business leads within the Metro Manila area.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer loyalty.
- Conduct professional product presentations and demonstrations to potential and current customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
- Process sales orders accurately and ensure timely delivery coordination with the logistics team.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong negotiation, persuasive, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel locally within Metro Manila for client meetings.
