Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and engage potential customers through multi-channel prospecting
- Present company products/services effectively to address client needs
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and growth
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop targeted sales strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
Kualifikasi
- Proven track record in sales or customer-facing roles
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong ability to build rapport with diverse client profiles
- Goal-oriented mindset with demonstrable results achievement
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred
- Valid Malaysian work authorization required
