Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and medical staff in the assigned territory.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Conduct professional product presentations and provide medical updates to healthcare practitioners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales visits, client data, and market feedback in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient stock distribution and customer satisfaction.
- Execute sales and marketing strategies developed by the company to drive market share growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medical, Biology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a medical-related field (Fresh graduates with high motivation are welcome to apply).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation abilities and the capacity to build professional rapport.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and target-oriented mindset.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM) and own a vehicle for mobility.
- Good knowledge of the Medan regional market is highly advantageous.
