Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Identify and prospect new potential clients within the garment and fashion industry.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers to ensure high retention rates.
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive activities.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure client orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably within the manufacturing or retail sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
