Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the local market to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention rates and foster long-term partnerships.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging trends in the food sector.
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical advice regarding our product portfolio to ensure client satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, quotations, and proposals to potential business partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Record and analyze sales data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful sales performance, preferably within the FMCG or food and beverage industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience with CRM software is an advantage.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Kota Kinabalu area.
- Fluent in English and Malay; proficiency in local dialects is a plus.
