Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase market share for plastic products.
- Actively prospect and reach out to potential clients within the Serang region.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and utility of our range.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues professionally to maintain the company’s reputation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent degree.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, retail, or a customer-facing role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken Indonesian.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license (SIM C/A) and own vehicle is highly preferred for field mobility.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
- Good understanding of the local market in Serang and Banten areas.
