Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular engagement
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs for assigned product portfolio
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients
- Market research to identify new sales opportunities and competitive trends
- Prepare and submit sales reports and performance metrics
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute promotional campaigns
- Ensure customer satisfaction through post-sales follow-up and support
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (D3/S1 preferred)
- 1-3 years of sales experience in retail/consumer goods
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in sales CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Valid driver's license and willingness for field visits
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with basic English proficiency
