Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive market research and client outreach
- Present and demonstrate Wheeltek's product portfolio to potential customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distributors
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and execution
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client concerns promptly
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales or customer-facing roles
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of automotive or wheel industry is advantageous
- Must be willing to travel within the assigned territory
