In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and nurturing long-term relationships with existing clients in the automotive and industrial sectors. You will play a crucial role in driving our revenue growth and expanding our market presence throughout Central Java. We are looking for a self-starter who can effectively communicate the value of our products, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure customer satisfaction. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new potential clients to expand the customer base.
- Conduct regular market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with current clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the brand.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the spare parts or automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Strong resilience and determination to overcome sales challenges and close deals.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the region.
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow within the company.
