Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily field visits to existing and potential customers across Makassar
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through strategic planning
- Present product demonstrations and provide detailed information to customers
- Prepare and submit daily sales activity reports to management
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop region-specific promotions
- Ensure accurate documentation of sales transactions and customer data
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in retail or B2B environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Valid driver's license with own transportation for field visits
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (SAP experience preferred)
- Goal-oriented with proven track record of meeting targets
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
