Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities to expand the company's client base in the Lampung region.
  • Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close sales agreements to meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market activities, and competitor strategies to refine sales approaches.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts for management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute regional sales campaigns and events.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a sales-oriented role with a strong track record of meeting targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills in Indonesian.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and sales management software.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and own transportation is preferred.
