Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell welding products including equipment, accessories, and safety gear to industrial clients
- Develop new business opportunities through proactive market research and lead generation
- Conduct on-site product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase product capabilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and service excellence
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts aligned with client specifications
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute promotional activities and industry events
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction rates
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in industrial equipment or technical products
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with ability to present complex technical information
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel across Cavite region
- Knowledge of welding processes and industry standards is highly advantageous
- Results-oriented mindset with proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
