Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned market territory.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to explain features and benefits clearly.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs consistently.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to management regularly.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to remain competitive.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the relevant industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and local language).
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Valid driving license is an advantage for field visits.
- Resilience and the ability to handle rejection constructively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
