Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Conduct professional product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Identify market trends and competitor activities to suggest improvements to sales processes.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Handle client inquiries, concerns, and feedback with a solution-oriented mindset.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, Account Executive, or similar sales role.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills in both English and Tagalog.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting performance-based goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
