Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Present and promote company products/services to potential customers
- Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
- Prepare and present sales proposals tailored to client needs
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven track record in sales with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly
- Goal-oriented with a results-driven mindset
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the local market and industry trends
