Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to promote John Deere products and services.
  • Identify, prospect, and engage with potential clients, including farmers and agri-businesses.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the value of our equipment.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the after-sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the agricultural or machinery industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the region.
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
  • Basic knowledge of agricultural operations and equipment is an advantage.
