Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to promote John Deere products and services.
- Identify, prospect, and engage with potential clients, including farmers and agri-businesses.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the value of our equipment.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the after-sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the agricultural or machinery industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the region.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
- Basic knowledge of agricultural operations and equipment is an advantage.
