Tanggung Jawab
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned market area.
- Present product demonstrations and sales pitches to clearly communicate value propositions.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to understand competitor activities and customer needs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in any field; experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident presentation style.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a previous role.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel within the region for client meetings.
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and develop professional skills.
