PT Sholin Pipe Indonesia is a leading provider of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) piping solutions, dedicated to delivering quality infrastructure products for various industrial and construction applications. We are currently expanding our team and seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join us in Cikarang. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You will act as the face of our brand, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service and technical support regarding our piping systems.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the construction, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure high retention rates.
- Conduct market research to analyze competitor activities and identify emerging market trends in the piping industry.
- Prepare accurate sales proposals, quotations, and contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies.
- Collaborate closely with the technical team to provide tailored solutions and technical demonstrations to potential clients.
- Represent the company at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote brand awareness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the construction materials, piping, or industrial supplies industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
