Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and generate new sales leads within the construction, real estate, and manufacturing sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to explain technical specifications and benefits of steel products.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies effectively.
- Collaborate with the internal production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance against monthly targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the construction, steel, or manufacturing industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to build rapport and influence client decisions.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Metro Manila.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
