In this role, you will be primarily responsible for outbound sales development activities, driving revenue growth through strategic lead generation and prospect outreach. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute outbound sales campaigns via cold calling, email, and social media platforms.
- Identify and research potential clients within the gaming and design industry.
- Manage and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems accurately.
- Qualify leads to ensure they meet our client criteria and are ready for a sales call.
- Schedule and attend initial meetings with prospective clients to discuss business needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach messaging and strategies.
- Track daily activity and report progress on sales targets to management.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or SDR (Sales Development Representative).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to overcome objections.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
