Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect potential clients through market research and networking
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly targets
- Present product solutions and negotiate contracts with new/existing customers
- Maintain accurate client records and sales data in CRM systems
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics for management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years in B2B sales or customer-facing role
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with proven track record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of import/export industry regulations preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
