Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach in East Java region
- Present product solutions tailored to client needs and overcome objections effectively
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and execution
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate CRM data
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop region-specific sales strategies
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive intelligence
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in B2B or direct sales environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and proficiency in CRM software
- Valid driver's license with willingness for regional travel
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; English skills advantageous
