- Conduct outbound cold calls and email campaigns targeting healthcare businesses.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from initial contact to closing deals.
- Utilize HubSpot and VanillaSoft to log interactions, track leads, and update CRM records.
- Identify and qualify potential clients to ensure alignment with our service offerings.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the healthcare or medical services industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot and VanillaSoft experience is a major plus).
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
