Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and engage potential customers to promote our consumer products
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective customer relationship management
- Provide product knowledge and excellent customer service to drive sales
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Monitor sales trends and customer feedback to inform sales strategies
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics for management review
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and sales software
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting targets
- Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is a plus
