Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Actively participate in local events, trade shows, and marketing campaigns to generate brand awareness and leads.
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients to address their needs.
  • Negotiate terms of sale and close deals effectively to maximize customer acquisition.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional activities and campaigns.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (minimum SMA/S1 equivalent).
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on closing deals and achieving KPIs.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to persuade and influence others.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Valid driving license is an advantage for local travel.
