- Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the construction and retail sectors
- Present and demonstrate lumber products to customers, highlighting features and benefits
- Prepare and deliver customized sales proposals aligned with client requirements
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms to close deals while maximizing profitability
- Collaborate with warehouse team to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction
- Track sales activities, maintain accurate client records, and prepare weekly performance reports
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in construction materials or retail
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and time management
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Valid driver's license with own transportation for client visits
