Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through market research and cold outreach
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients across Johor region
- Present product solutions tailored to customer needs and overcome objections
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through strategic planning
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns
- Analyze competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification (Diploma in Sales/Business preferred)
- 1-2 years proven experience in sales or customer-facing role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license with own transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Goal-oriented with excellent time management skills
- Knowledge of Johor's local market is advantageous
