Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships
- Present and sell premium coffee products to new and existing clients
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall company growth
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and activity summaries
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years sales experience in FMCG or food/beverage industry
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
