Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular visits to companies and factories to promote Paiho Indonesia products
- Identify new business opportunities and expand client network
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly targets
- Present product demonstrations and technical specifications to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Prepare detailed sales reports and track performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in B2B sales or industrial product sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Cirebon region
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of industrial products and manufacturing processes
- Goal-oriented with track record of meeting sales targets
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (advantageous)
