Tanggung Jawab
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Present and sell products/services using solid arguments to potential buyers
- Prepare sales contracts and ensure compliance with company policies
- Reach out to potential clients to explain products/services and ascertain interest
- Negotiate/close agreements and handle complaints or objections
- Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales targets
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in retail or related industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
