Tanggung Jawab

  • Client Acquisition: Conduct regular field visits to existing and potential clients in Kertak Hanyar and the surrounding areas to build strong business relationships.
  • Product Promotion: Effectively demonstrate and present company products to highlight features, benefits, and value propositions to potential buyers.
  • Price Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, discounts, and contract terms with clients to secure sales and meet monthly revenue targets.
  • Order Management: Monitor the status of product shipments and coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers.
  • CRM Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions within the CRM system.
  • Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather market feedback and insights on competitor activities to assist the management team in refining sales strategies.

Kualifikasi

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and local language) with a persuasive tone.
  • Negotiation: Strong ability to negotiate effectively and influence purchasing decisions.
  • Driving License: Valid driving license (SIM A) is highly desirable as the role requires frequent site visits.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools and basic CRM software.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently with a proactive and positive attitude.
