CV Distributor Accessories is currently seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team in Gatak, Jawa Tengah. As a key player in our retail and consumer products distribution network, you will be responsible for expanding our market presence, building lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential retail clients.
- Conduct professional product presentations and demonstrations to showcase our accessory catalog.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Process sales orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
- Prepare regular sales reports and activity forecasts for management review.
- Resolve client complaints or inquiries promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in any field.
- Proven experience in retail sales or consumer goods distribution is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in Indonesian.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing sales team.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM C) and have access to a personal vehicle.
- Strong understanding of the local market in Jawa Tengah.
- Resilient, proactive attitude with a strong desire to exceed sales targets.
- Willingness to travel to client sites within the Gatak and surrounding regions.
