Tanggung Jawab
- Conducting market research to identify new sales opportunities and potential clients in the Bontang industrial area.
- Presenting and demonstrating safety equipment, such as helmets, vests, and industrial gear, to prospective customers.
- Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals to meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction rates.
- Preparing regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs for management review.
- Attending industry trade shows, exhibitions, and company events to promote brand awareness.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the safety equipment, construction, or industrial sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) is required for client visits.
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
