- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the designated West Region.
- Conduct cold calling, networking, and outreach to generate high-quality leads.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Present product demonstrations and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align on sales strategies.
- Provide regular feedback to management regarding market trends and customer needs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive demeanor.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to a fast-paced sales environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is an advantage.
