Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail clients and customers
- Actively promote and sell Indofood's consumer products to retail outlets
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Conduct market research and identify new sales opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to clients
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics
- Collaborate with team members to implement effective sales strategies
Kualifikasi
- Preferably non-managerial and non-supervisory position in Retail/General Sales
- Previous experience in sales or retail is highly valued
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting targets
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with sales software
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client locations
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
